You can request deletion of your Kindred account and associated data without installing the app or signing in.
- Email support@kindredtree.app from your registered email address.
- Use the subject “Account deletion request — Kindred” and tell us you want your account and associated data deleted.
- Our support team will verify your identity and confirm completion within 30 days. Never include your password or verification codes.
The request covers your account, profile, content, messages, memories, and associated relationship data. Secure backups may retain residual copies until they expire, typically within 90 days. Data required for legal obligations, dispute resolution, or fraud and abuse prevention may be retained longer.
